3. General terms and conditions of use (GTCU) of the Website and the services offered
The use of the Website implies the full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use are likely to be modified or completed at any time, the users of the Website are thus invited to consult them in a regular way. EvidenceB endeavours to update the Website regularly..
The Website is normally accessible at any time to the users. An interruption for reason of technical maintenance can be however decided by EvidenceB, which will endeavour then to communicate beforehand to the users the dates and hours of the intervention. The access to the site is free except contrary mention on certain parts if necessary. However, it is with the user to have the means to access the Website, that it is for the material and the connection (FAI) for example
The user of the Website undertakes to access the Website using recent equipment, protected by an updated anti-virus and with a last generation updated browser. Interruption of the Website for maintenance or improvement
EvidenceB undertakes to make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and its accessibility (obligation of means concerning the continuity of access to the Service). The Website may be temporarily inaccessible in the event of an update for a technical evolution, maintenance, update and/or in case of emergency. Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any delay in performance or non-performance due to the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the parties which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of acceptance of the TCU and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures. The event of force majeure suspends the obligations of the party concerned for the duration of the force majeure if this event is temporary. Nevertheless, the parties shall endeavour to minimise the consequences as far as possible. Failing this, if the impediment is definitive, the parties shall be released from their obligations under the conditions provided for in Articles 1351 and 1351-1 of the Civil Code.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
In accordance with Article 17 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the Site is subject to French law, as are these GTC. Any difficulties relating to the validity, application, or interpretation of the GCU will be submitted, in the absence of amicable agreement, to the Judicial Court of Paris (France), to which the Parties attribute exclusive territorial jurisdiction, regardless of the place of performance or the domicile of the defendant
