EvidenceB, the French EdTech fighting against school dropout thanks to adaptive learning modules based on research in cognitive sciences and Artificial Intelligence, has won the EdTechX ESG & Impact 2022 prize. The award is recognition of this Education and Training company’s significant ESG (environmental, social and governance) policies and impact strategies in education and learning. The EdTechX 2022 Summit, held on 23 June at London's Tobacco Dock, is one of the events of London EdTech Week, running from 20 to 26 June.
By developing activity pathways (software and content) to provide personalised learning for students from pre-school to high school, EvidenceB is fully involved in accessibility and diversity in education. More specifically, the EdTechX ESG & Impact 2022 award recognises the social impact of the start-up, particularly in terms of access to knowledge for disadvantaged populations. In order to adapt as closely as possible to the knowledge and skills of each student, its modules articulate cognitive sciences and AI in a unique way all students to have better access to knowledge !
EvidenceB has developed 3 solutions dedicated to the differentiation of learning through Artificial Intelligence, namely
- Adaptiv'Math: an application developed for the mastery of fundamental knowledge in mathematics, deployed within the framework of P2IA (cylce2) promoted by the French Ministry of Education, for all primary schools in France
- Adaptiv'Langue: a chatbot for an intuitive mastery of language skills in the mother tongue, deployed in all high schools in the Île-de-France region and currently being piloted in several regions in France
- Atticus: with the publisher Pearson Italia, a resource dedicated to learning Latin for Italian high school students
